my thesis involves hope (Oops), but more so that there has been somewhere near a 50% Bankruptcy rate in the HEMP/CBD space.

I meet and speak with a lot of players on a monthly basis. all last in Calif meeting with processors, toll processors, formulators, and brand/distribution companies who are surviving and will survive.

Anyone who has made it this far stands a good chance of benefiting greatly on the next push. IF/WHEN it comes.

The fact that Exactus are still lingering in the background says to me that maybe they have a strategy. Larry Wert is no 'donk. he's a solid businessman with acumen and business strategy sense.

I don't care if It's EV, Golf Carts, Batteries, Hemp, CBD, Delta-8, Kratom, Psilocybin, Psilocyn, Kewtamin... heck turn it into a Patent troll company for all I care.. I do think he'll do something here. and we get a 3x-5x multiple as a minimum. On the downside we all lose any $$ we have gambled at the roulette wheel.

How come the Market Cap has stayed the say since last summer based on my assumption of share count? My App is showing $7.97M here at .08 per share and 99.63M shares...

those must be non-issued shares? Shares in the background IN CASE they want to dilute? Shares that are in fact owned by the Company and not individuals?
