GCM.TO (TPRFF)
I brought back TPRFF around $4.23 today (way below the 4.90's where I sold). I think earnings even after the acquisition will be around .80-1.00 USD annually, Which makes the stock trade at a pe of 4-5 going foward. They will have about $1 or so in cash. They currently pay about a 3.5% yield, so a good income stock at this point. The acquisition although I stand by the fact they overpaid, the stock is still signifcantly undervalued, and the acquisition will add to the future growth, diversification, and reserve profile of the combined company in the future. So I will add on weakness, But right now happy to hold a miner that is very cheap on the pe basis, has a good future growth profile, healthy balance sheet, and pays me 3.5% or so while I wait. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
