I disagree, Stocks don't trade on trailing earnings unless there's a downtrend in company projections or evaluating growth to get A P/E ratio.

Stock price is leading indicator and evaluated by forward earnings

OTC markets trades oddly as most buyers don't use fundamentals,
50% Perception, 40% Human behavior, 10% Reality.
