IMO, IF the Board of Directors ever want to show true grit with any of it's endeavors they will start by positioning AP towards 3 to 4 outcomes:

1. Move Algernon Pharmaceuticals DMT Stroke Program to Oregon. Oregon is pioneering/paving the way for all things Psychedelic space in the USA as it relates to regulatory hurdles/legalization. Get all the way in the game early AP!

2. Up list the company to NASDAQ. That's the only way you will be able to get deep pockets willing to shovel out truckloads of money with nothing but time on their hands for drawn out clinical trials at Ph2 and Ph3 if AP can statistically reach one in a million lucky Human Clinical Trial results. What AP is attempting to do with AP-188 is damn near brain surgery. Does anyone here think AP can go it alone with the mere help of the same PP's run by Smackie Mackie the Pennyland Pimp?

3. Bring on a Celebrity Apprentice that is recognized by the youth like a Snoop Dogg and he's 50 yrs old. A celebrity type doesn't even need to be that HIGH UP the chain but you get the point. Too many grey haired old white guys running the entire front line story @ AP. No people of color and no women is so last century.

4. A complete overhaul of the Board of Directors. There's no way anyone on NASDAQ would take management seriously with the miles long conflicts of interest with Kal Malhi and Kompany. Bringing in a highly reputable recruitment firm to clean house would likely double/triple/quadruple the stock price overnight without an up listing. Unfortunately for common shareholders Team Cobra is simply incapable/not man enough to do what's best for all shareholders. Therefore, scratch numbers 1, 2, and 3 from the list. The CEO will likely stay the course and 300M shares outstanding in pennyland is likely coming within the next 12 months.

If anyone here believes 1, 2, and 3 is unattainable at the miniscule level management dwells and under excels at - they only need to do some simple DD reading on other similarly situated penny stocks with the same Nano Cap market cap of 25M ish USD. One is a Canadian based company and one is a USA based company. Both with similar corporate names:
