Well that is that. From that post, here's what it reads to me.

BIOAQ owed Cargill 500k, which LCYB never chose to uptake / cure, so they lost out on BIOAQ's portion of the patents for these yeasts/strains, and thusly failed to meet Cargill's licensing agreement and thusly had their patents revoked as of December of 2019.

As for those pictures of patents being switched and changed over, I really hope people read the "effective date" that wasn't identified in red - dates back in 2010, 2014, etc.

As for a merger with AACQ/Origin, why would they merge with BIOAQ if they don't even own the patents or rights to them anymore?
