They've accomplished a lot, hence why you're here, lol.
And current price is because of dilution which is getting accumulated for future growth, otherwise they wouldn't be able to exchange shares for cash, so clearly somebody intends and wants the shares to sell later.

My thoughts/opinions are my own, based on research & DD, best to find your own! I invest for myself/ family 1st, then everybody else.. the same as any business!
