Can you explain how it is currently overvalued? I would like to know how you came up with this and understand your DD and math.

Per my math and DD it is so grossly, severely UNDERVALUED its unfreaking unbelievable.
Multiples are useless for OTC folk, but evaluation will matter at some point in the future. So using a extremely conservative 5X multiple across revenue, then adding the value of the NOL, assets, cash... should easily be at 50 mil MC. Again OTC doesn't care or understand about MC, and they still won't when this runs.
I'll safely watch this and when this goes mainstream, and it will for multiple reasons, some of us who understand DD, will win bigly.
