Agreed, I think 19 is a reasonable base to accumulate, 17-18 you're freaking lucky & it's not going to be a large amount.

All of the above (or 20's if you're impatient) will look like bargains when this runs again (and it will run again IMO if you wait long enough). Real news bumps the base to a half a cent IMO and I don't predict it'll come back down.
