Some bits of knowledge for you...

MANY MANY products get limited retail testing (i.e., 1-5 local or random stores, commonly chosen based of demographics), before a product is fully commercially sold. This is done to see if the product will actually sell. You must understand, that a retailer will not fill up stock with products it does not feel it will sell. They do these trial runs, to gauge interest, and garner demographic information, to see WHO is buying it. This information helps determine WHERE to sell the item, should it come to full retail agreement.

Also keep in mind, that the limited testing does not guarantee a sale. The retailer could easily decide not to carry the product, or to hold on to a later date, when it thinks sales will be higher. As we have all seen, CKYS has been bit in the ass by PRing somethings before they are confirmed (remember our commercial troubles?). Jim will NOT make the mistake of PRing ANYTHING now before he knows that it is going to go through.

Finally - he did not buy the safe! To me, it looks like he simply asked for the box to take a picture of; most retailers keep the open boxes handy, in case its needed for a return or the like. It looks to me like the safe is on display, and that is what he got pictures of.

So, rather than being an a$$ and being confrontational, why not simply be more polite next time, and ask basic questions (and actually wait for a response). You might find that things are easily explained....

According to the reporting of a "duped" company: As of 1/22/07, the Company had 200M (Float) & 700M (OS) Shares. However, according to TD, on 3/16, 382M shares were traded; on 3/20, 302M were moved; between 3/15-3/22, 898M total. I wonder who to believe.
