I don't know, it seems like McBolster is quite restricted by traditional confinements associated with bureaucratic thinking and spaces.

Also, based on other Jr. mining Companies I own and their related progress, Mark seems quite burdened by convention and does not seem to want to get a drill in the ground ASAP. I see NO evidence of streamlining or nimble decision making regarding this 43-101 or RM.
