Another question, my offering of 3,500,000 shares showed up on my account, but had no value, is that because I haven't purchased any?

I understand we would get free shares, after it was over.

I have to call my broker's special department to make a purchase and wait an hour or two, again, the rep. said it needed to be refreshed.

That should be automatic.

This whole thing is bizarre, like they don't want us to participate.
