"The additional charges include conspiracy to commit healthcare and wire fraud as well as securities fraud, along with accusing Schena of paying illegal kickbacks. Arrayit’s Vice President of Marketing Paul Haje and Marc Jablonski, described by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in San Francisco as the president of an Arizona-based marketing organization, are also now facing criminal charges.
Neither Mark Schena, nor Arrayit CEO and his wife Rene Schena, responded to an emailed request for comment. Rene Schena has faced separate civil charges stemming from a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission investigation into the company but was not included in the additional charges.
Haje similarly did not respond to an email and Jablonski did not respond to a message requesting comment."
