Well, if this is indeed fact then it must be a different operation. There would be no pvsp ‘silent period’ on actual contracts which have have commenced operations. This was my concern and the purpose of my unanswered email to Holden on May 7th which included questions about pvsp helping the Gov’t to write the regulations when another Co already had permits in hand. Maybe pvsp is consulting to ‘revise’ the regs but this would not be a state secret. Hopefully, pvsp does have the other hemp location of equal size you described.
