I don't agree. wOGI's Material Event Disclosure yesterday only states that "The Corporation and its shareholders appointed Alison J. Galardi as CEO, etc"

It does NOT indicate a Change in Control, which is a different Material Event that is also required to be disclosed, according to OTCM's Pink Guidelines.

Last known holder of the Preferred A with 100% control of wOGI was ... Nathan Hall.

But now that we know that the "new" wOGI can produce such filings, perhaps it is time for the "new" wOGI to share with the PUBLIC, just WHO has control of wOGI, if not Nathan Hall.
