Mike, this is amazing news!!! This simple action confirms (or reaffirms) that the company cares about US, the shareholders!!

I discussed this in detail in an email to the company. I've never contacted the company in my ~6 years here, simply because we've had so many other shareholders doing so. Was disappointed not to see a reply (using email from investor deck) but this is a direct and consequential answer to my biggest concern.

I'm not saying my email had any effect on their decision, but I can certainly pretend, haha. I talked about RS timing and Iliad debt, suggesting other means of paying the debt and stressing that we should have it paid off before the RS. Also mentioned that if they are really expecting profitability within a quarter or two, the share price will grow organically by that time, and allow the RS ratio to be significantly lower- protecting us.

It's kinda like the athlete that went straight to the majors and burned out, when they should have gone to college or played AAA first! Lol. RX recognized the better strategic opportunity and changed course... CHEERS!!
