Hoop, as always, nice points. This is my biggest worry:

I have always feared the bigger companies, with deep pockets, who will enter the MJ space rapidly and with plans at the ready to take over the market, both medical and rec. The question will be how a big a footprint does SHWZ have at that time to be on their radar, as either a partner or a takeover, or will they be passed over for other companies, maybe less well run but with broader exposure across states, with products they own, and leave SHWZ alone to battle giants it can no longer compete with. I don't distrust Dye, given time he'll make this work, but will he be given the time vis a vis fed legislation and the onslaught of companies that will enter when that happens.
