$VBHI It appears the share structure gets updated once a month. So the new totals should show up around the 7th of June or before. Looking at the current posting of share totals I believe as of the 7th there were still 300 to 400 million shares to be sold under the public offering.
Conclusion, they would have needed the sell 15 to 20 million a day to finish by end of May. Regardless it's close.
