Melabis Facebook page claiming they are already in Uzbekistan building their 3000 hectares farm. And that was in April.

Uzbekistan has 20,000 hectares of farmland available, so it's very possible both companies are growing CBD in Uzbekistan. I'm guessing the 20 companies including Vics were after a specific location for reasons we'll learn about later on.
