I am sorry, but when someone who has pumped and held the hands of people and advising them to hold on starts to publicly try to explain why his advice was wrong, someone has to raise another red flag.

Maybe the stock should not have ever appreciated from a penny to over .20.

ANYONE who has ever been around OTC stocks could read that there were preferred shares that could convert. Nothing shady.
