With an O/S like that - as long as they don’t issue more shares before or as part of the deal - bring in a company worth $50,000,000 on paper, shares are worth ~$20.99 overnight... before any valuation is applied... I don’t think that scenario is unreasonable... will be fun to see where this goes.
