My thing on your concerns with the payment. First off the equipment hasn’t been installed yet and turned on. Why would the SEC be so concerned about a buy of computer equipment when both companies out in the open talked about the deal. Nothing was hidden no money from shareholders was stolen so I don’t get it. What’s your point?

If Tom can’t make payments then I guess he or they will cross that bridge when it comes.

I’m pretty sure both companies sat down to really talk about the deal. $6mil is not play money so I’m pretty sure all I’s were dotted and t’s were crossed.
