So are we waiting on Jake to address the court issue so the OTC issues can be resolved?

What do you expect is going on behind the scenes?

Is Jake readying for filings to be submitted?

Are we that close?

I'm curious as to how the settlement of the court issue has affected what needs to occur and how soon that will occur for us to get current.
