The board will be seated once KBLB up lists to the NASDAQ.
Their opinion was that KBLB is undervalued. The opinions they have are valid regarding how badly undervalued KBLB is.

Regardless of what transpires from now on, KBLB's technology alone is worth somewhere between $1.25 to $1.50. If you go by that alone, we are, at a minimum, nine times undervalued. And, this does not count production currently happening, any new contracts being announced, any production shipments taking place, and earnings appearing by the end of Q2.

In medicine, no news is good news. It is the same with KBLB. Kim is waiting on things. This is the reason for the silence, IMHO. It is not a nefarious event as is so desperately portrayed on the board.
