Was going through it all with FUBO filings and everything that happened here. Looks like BTOP (FUBO) took over control block here, but the tech still stayed with us. In FUBO filings they refer to PEC and Pulse quite a bit previously. I see over 5mill shares of FUBO were given for 77mill of PLFX for all this, most likely the high ups shares. But overall tech still believe is with us, and with Fiksenbaum resigning from FUBO March 12th saying to focus on Pulse, then updating SOS for PLFX April 8th, and updating otcmarkets May 10th would say in my opinion they have a plan coming up here soon. Looks like we still have the tech and FUBO is majority shareholder still, so lets see what Fiksenbaums plans are.
