Quarterly payers are usually the ones who have significant sp growth. Monthlies just limp along paying what they pay. In the past year ORC has raised its dividend from .05 to .06 now .065 while the sp remains basically the same.

Despite all of the articles by Seeking Alpha,Motley Fool et al. ORC is a good bet.
