I emailed Joseph 10 minutes ago. He responded pretty quick.

The First order of business is submitting to the OTC Markets for the uplist to Pink Sheet Current.


The Company will then follow up with verifying their transfer agent, Olde Monmouth Stock Transfer, as well as revamp their corporate website and social media presence.


While I can't give a specific date for the filing, I can attest that they are close.


Once they file, we will put out a shareholder update.
