He'll have to do a R/S OR Raise the A.S. if he wants to continue diluting, which I'm sure he does since dilution is his primary source of income, not sales.

He couldn't dilute for many years because it was at .0001 or no bid. Now, I suspect he will try to milk this for one last retirement swing...for him.

Looks like he spent the last 7 Million in dilution wisely.

Pretty simple stuff here.
