First of all, please clarify which persons in management you believe can be trusted and are more honest than they get credit for? You must be referring to Petar Vucicevich, right? If not, whom in management are you talking about?

And just what is it that made you like Sulja's management so much?

Their accomplishments (all the deals in those grandiose PRs; the huge income in the 2005-2006 unaudited financial statement and 2007 pro forma)?

Their honesty (all that nominee trading, stock manipulation and sale of unrestricted company shares)?

Their connections in the Middle East (Wessal, who was supposedly to buy 25% of the stock on the open market and team with the company to build "Design Depots" and foster the company's move onto the DIFX)?

As Nancy Grace would say, explain please.
