The preferred term is SCAM.

Crooked infers something illegal.

There is nothing illegal about Kenny giving himself a raise to $411K.

There is nothing illegal about selling S3 blocks of discounted shares, so as to fund his salary.

There is nothing illegal in misleading SHs for years on end, while accomplishing nothing.

There is nothing illegal about paying UTS for a license now dead. Or a license from Austrianova off of a now expired patent, or supplying limited funding for a UNC lab for a pump headline.

There is nothing illegal in receiving an ODD for the asking from the FDA/EMA, and pretending it's something wonderful in a PR pump(s).

However, all of these activities fit the word SCAM. A company that pretends to be a biotech business. When in reality its business is to sell shares, so insiders are paid their salaries. And with PMCB "a fully reporting entity" following SEC regulations, they can continue as a SCAM for as long as Kenny wishes. It's all legal.

The only illegal thing Kenny has ever done is not follow the original by-laws (e.g. there should've been a SH meeting every yr). He's trying to make that drift into the past out of sight.
