Yes, Correct!

The current Market Cap is $12.3 Million according to OTC like you said. I was looking at Yahoo Finance. Thank you for that!

However the A/S although it isn't an insane number, it has little or no meaning in terms of the share price movement, however The Float does in a major way.

The very low Float of about 173M is mainly where the action is going to come from especially when huge buying pressure sets in! The Float shown on OTC Markets is outdated back in 2020 approx 5M. The Low O/S is also an important factor!

WJS and Yahoo Finance show The Float between 163M to 173M.
