I'm a bit skeptical, last week they said the count was at 76mil and they had no intentions of increasing it anytime soon and now this happens!? To top that off they werent even forthcoming about it, investors had to find that out on their own. At this point I dont even feel safe to average down because whos to say they wont sell more shares for whatever other excuse they have.
