I contacted Tom Nelson again today about notes, dilution, and the total outstanding shares. I still haven’t heard back. I’ve left multiple emails and a voicemail. Between how their CFO spoke yesterday (punting the dilution question and saying “the 10-Q wasn’t late we filed it today” even though it was technically late) and the lack of response from Tom, I am wondering if we will get any answers at all.
