PT could have mailed them a handwritten letter asking if they would come over and look at the land and Mexus would have technically fulfilled what the PR is claiming.
There an (intentional) mis-direction within the PR by stating "Reviewing plans", then later, this beauty;
"Geologists are gathering technical information for imminent core drilling of the major structures which will begin in the next few weeks".
Tell me what's going to begin in the next few weeks. Mexus wants you to believe it's the drilling program. However, the PR is written so that it can also be interpreted to read the gathering of the technical information will begin in the next few weeks.
So if nothing happens, the company can claim, well they did come and review but decided not to take action. If an agreement for a drilling program does come to fruition, then even better. Either way Mexus is covered in this PR.
