I know everybody talks of June 30 as a deadline But SEC clearly states Sept 28 for no quoting, that gives them plenty of time to finish. There's more to it than them submitting fillings, they have a huge backlog when OTC quotes 3 month allowance to get right and not listing of filings in queue. This should be moving up growth execution already done and future growth in pipeline and not down because of June 30th.
