I don't think 100k will get paid out. I'm out at 8k if it ever gets that high. That's more than life changing for myself, a close family member and my best friend. It'll allow us all to retire before 50 if we want. If I miss out on more money, oh well. Will have zero regrets. If it never hits 8k, no regrets either.

Personally I expect that things will get shutdown long before anything over 1k happens. If 100k gets paid out, we'll break the dollar.

Prove me wrong, I'd love to be wrong, I'm just very skeptical and a lot of this defies logic.
