I'm looking at the timeline. Sanguine files, then the merger is announced a month later, then first appearance it goes straight to mediation. That to me gives the appearance that the merger is part of the remedy. If a settlement is reached June 2nd and signed by both parties it is official, reporting the outcome to the court is for case closure.

Keep in mind too that when this deal was first alluded to last fall and that they have reiterated several times since that this acquisition was part of a corporate reorganization. We saw the first step last week by converting to a holding company.

Hoping we at least get an 8k tomorrow on the formation of Global 3pl Logistical Technologies as that was done 5/19 and is material.
