yep, the OTC was always about enriching an elite club of noteholders, who crushed the crap out of small investors, while market makers naked shorted them through multiple reverse splits.

then the icing on the cake was when the SEC finally suspended the ticker, thus wiping out any remaining investors, under the guise of "protecting the small investors".

meanwhile, shorts got to cover in the grey market, to make another boatload.

and the crooks were hit with civil charges, that carried no prison time.

so... gee, whiz. i wonder why nobody wants to invest in that mess?
