OTC Says:

O/S = 794M

Float = 5.4M

WJS Says:

0/S = 182.2M

Float = 167.2M

These are very different numbers but I would tend to go with Yahoo Finance, although the O/S shown for OTC is dated 5/7/21, so I would definitely have to go with that. but their Float shown at 5.4 M is 9/10/20 which is out dated.

I would go with the Float from Yahoo Finance for 173M and the O/S from OTC of 794M,

These are excelllent numbers for investors, in particular the amazing low Float of 173M, although it could be 167M. What this low float means is the PPS can sky rocket very quickly with any significant and steady buying pressure! I've seen various stocks with this low float level rise from the dime range 0.10 to $3-$7 dollars within 6 months time!

We can expect the same here in this play!
