I really don't know the reason , but something convinced them that lower dose but 2 weeks longer maybe better..

One thing to keep in mind is that the amount of leronlimab in the system will still be increasing despite the 350mg dosages because leronlimab's half-life is 10 days. So it'll be:

700mg on day 1 (700mg new, 0 residual)

805mg on day 8 (350mg new, 455mg residual)

873mg on day 15 (350mg new, 523mg residual)

917mg on day 22 (350 new, 567mg residual)

596mg on day 29 (0mg new, 596mg residual)
