No, Schwab is working from a 4/27 list from OTC on what companies are listed as CE, however I don't have any explanation of why it is on a 4/27 list.
I asked them about it and they basically told me until they get an updated list from OTC it is what it is.
I pointed out to the Customer Nonservce rep thet NIHK hasn't been CE since 3/15 and maybe they should look for an updated list.
I even had him look NIHK up on the OTC Market website and he said Oh S**t it isn't CE, but there's nothing we can do until OTC sends out a new status list.
I have this and SFIO in the same boat
