Just received a letter in the mail from Schwab, which acquired TD Ameritrade, that states:
“Caveat Emptor securities will be limited to liquidation-only by May 25, 2021.”

It arrived in yesterday’s mail, not much time to plan.

It is only Caveat Emptor, not for a OTC company that has a yield sign.

We are going to be PINK current soon and not going to the grey market.
