When I placed a buy order into Schwab today, it gave me this response:

Your order cannot be accepted. This security ERHE is accepting closing transactions only. (DO911).



This sounds like ERHE limited the transactions, not Schwab or the OTC market?!?

I have question into Schwab concerning if ERHE placed this restriction.
