There is no process in the Delta 8 market currently, same as when medical MJ started in its infancy. States were scared, some were changing their mind it seemed each month. Thennn the states saw the taxes coming in, the revenues they could take a piece of. The states started a process in Medical MJ, which helped influence the process in recreational weed soon after. Now we see delta 8 taking place of Medical MJ, they will see what they bring in and how they can tax it. Will just help states adapt. Recreational states will soon start selling Delta 8 products also, they just cannot allow it to be sold outside the process.
