Found it. This is an email whereby my TRANSFER AGENT and also on the telephone CONFIRMED that I was still in charge because they never received the STAMPED AMENDMENTS ---> also they did not have any notarized Board Resolution from CRAZY PATRICK signing over control...so, I don't understand any of this conflicting stories by the TRANSFER AGENT.
