Company is smarter than we give them credit for.... price still above pre-GS levels, plus they used GS "cult following" bagholders to pay for lawyers and filings...LOL. .
To show they mean business and believe in the future, RETC should announce a share buyback or retirement ....
Either way, at least the company is current and active again...
Long term it's always been a win win...
