The only ones who are f'd are the great unwashed retail shareholders. But that has been the case for many years with this POS, even before Sam entered the picture. Before it was incompetence and greed. Now, well, maybe it's not all that different after the Fresh Diet debacle.

The company will go on. Five years from now, IVFH will still be here. No one is going to buy it. Too much reliance on one key relationship. Five years from now, you'll see a post in this board maybe 3 times a year, just to see if anyone else gives a damn. And no, they don't. Management has been highly successful in driving the retail investors away. All by design. It's all part of the plan.
