Anyone buying into Burmans testimony of-NASDAQ uplist/BILLION$$Marketcap for RETC should NOT be trading OTC's..RETC will Never get onto the NAS and will Never have a Billion $$ Market-cap, this ticker has been a ATM for the CEO/CFO and they fought to keep their ATM and to keep the Skeletons in the closet...

One BIG Skeleton they CANNOT keep in the closet is the Federal Felony Fraud of claiming 80+ employees to get Pandemic aid that they lined their pockets with, I bet they are "Working Harder" at trying to cover this Fraud up than they are on trying to get Current...
