Reading through the Q I am a little concerned, however understanding and also observant of the potential here.

It is understandable to make sure that you are compensated substantially as the leaders of the company and those who brought the value to this ticker. However it seems like they are over-doing it a bit with the shares being handed out like candy and more specifically the very large amount of shares being handed through conversions. I look for them to reverse course on this as it has gotten a little out of hand by adding about 60% of the original OS just over the last year.

I am still very observant and understanding of the potential here based on reference to other bio-techs that have gotten to billions of $ in market cap with similar circumstances as here currently. With that being said there is well a ways to go for price action based on a ~500 million SS. Let's see what they are going to do here as they have been worriedly quiet recently and now late on the Q to show us the influx of shares. I think we will find out very shortly if they are about business here to grow a company or just looking to cash in on shares they have awarded themselves and what looks to be like friends and family based on their credentials.

My take is they will start pumping news when it comes as they are still working hard to move things along as their reputations in the industry are on the line here. If they turn out to be share printers they will lose all credibility going forward.
