The operation update looks good but seems is being issued to cover the bad news of massive dilution - issuing 345 million shares for vendor payment is not good as it means they literally have no cash to operate and also pay salary
They will keep on diluting like crazy and then do a massive reverse split in the ration of 100:1 to bring o/s shares to reasonable level of 125 to 150 million
