Only bad thing I see is the OS had gone up the past few months. From the high 300 M's to over 500 M. Now I am not sure how much of that is restricted and how much has gone into the actual float as free trading shares, but this would explain why the stock seems harder to move up compared to what it used to.

Will have to look further into it to see why the OS is up so much. I am guessing payment for their various consultants and advisors that have come on board lately.
